Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
No we don't, sorry, not at this time.  Due to the custom nature of the product(s) and for hygienic purposes (bows, etc.) we will not accept returns or exchanges.  We take pride in designing your order correctly, so exchanges wouldn't be necessary.

Do you comply with CPSIA? TOP
Yes.  All ribbon and bow hardware are supplied by vendors who comply to CPSIA standards.

Do you heat seal the ends of your ribbons to prevent fraying? TOP
Yes ma'am;)  No girl wants her precious bow to start to unravel!  We use professional technique(s) to heat seal ends.  With gentle care the bow will last for years.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We prefer PayPal.  Our shopping cart software is managed by Mal's, which will allow PayPal payments.
