Ordering & Shipping Policies
HBA's Shipping Policies: **PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING** Upon payment of order the item(s) are designed and shipped out in 2-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified via email of your orders estimated date of arrival. What are your shipping rates?
Why the vast shipping DATE range? HBA is a "one woman" shop;) So I work away around my children's schedules to design your item(s). I put the utmost care and time into making these items, just as I would for my own children. Keep in mind that shipping time will vary depending on the size of order, our current work load, and availability of all the items ordered. Small orders tend to go out very quickly, 1 to 5 business days. Large orders may take the full 10 business days. If there will be ANY delays in processing orders then you will be notified ASAP by email IF this happens. PLEASE remember most all items are HAND MADE TO ORDER, I keep very little to no pre-made stock. Need your order in a RUSH? For a RUSH order PLEASE send us an email BEFORE ordering to confirm we can accommodate your needs. We will be happy to accommodate your needs, if the work load is light enough to allow us to do so. In your email state exactly what you would like to order, so we can check our materials inventory. We will return your email in 24-36 hrs regarding your rush order. Please don't forget to say the EXACT date you need the item(s), so we can to ensure proper delivery times. We prefer to ship via USPS Priority mail. By USPS Priority mail you will receive a shipping confirmation email upon shipping of your package which will include a delivery confirmation number for your records. Other shipping options are available IN THE NEW SHOPPING CART SHIPPING CALCULTOR. How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive? USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days, from your shipping date, for delivery. 1st Class Mail takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from us. UNTIL JULY 2010 we will be shipping from the East Coast, THEN WE'LL BE MOVING BACK TO TEXAS. At this time we ONLY offer local pick-up if I've met you in person or know you personally.
